Umbilical cord blood was previously considered a waste product. It is now used to treat variety of diseases. the that remains after childbirth in placenta and attached umbilical cord. Cord collected because stem cells found it can be hematopoietic genetic disorders. The study aimed see how effective video-assisted teaching on collection for cell therapy among antenatal women. A quasi-experimental (onegroup pretest post-test) research design adopted this study. Sixty women who were attending OPD selected by Purposive sampling. structured questionnaire data assess level knowledge regarding sample therapy. In addition, structured, validated done experts field. present depicts pre-test means 5.48 with an SD 2.04 increased 19.45 1.45 post-test teaching. Video-assisted highly significant at p <0.001. concluded investigator-designed education effectively improved limitation not double-blinded, as involves specific course.
